Product usage: Please note: The products we supply are copyright to this organisation and each client is purchasing the rights to use such for a specific campaign as with an MP3, Movie etc any manipulation or resale is prohibited and therefore subject to a fine of up to $5000 per image, video, floor plan etc

Delivery policy: We have access to the latest technology to ensure speedy delivery.

Photos and Drone Images - allow 24-48 Hours delivery.

Floor plans - allow 24-48 Hours delivery

Video - allow 72 hours delivery

3D Walk trough - 72 Hours delivery

Payment: Each shoot is different please discuss with our friendly team your payment options. A deposit may be required to secure your shoot. Payment is strictly 7 days from the date of the photo shoot unless contractually agreed upon.

Late Payments: All late payments will be subject to a $35 admin fee should we have to remind clients of outstanding bills.

Refund Policy: We do offer refunds depending on the situation as per Australian Consumer Law

Cancellation Policy: We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the photo shoots. We do understand that life happens, so please discuss alternatives with us.

Privacy Policy: All clients information is kept private and never shared. Any photo or video that is used by us is subject to a model release agreement prior to use.
